Designed as per the syllabus prescribed by American Society for Quality, it is a 10 day workshop which covers all the topics in adequate details. The training includes case studies from different industries, examples and hands on exercises. Apart from training people on doing analysis using Minitab, this training also educates trainees about conducting various statistical analysis using MS Excel or Statistical Tables.

An extensive training covering all the aspects of Green Belt training, it is a 4 day workshop which covers in detail the DMAIC approach of Six Sigma along with various Lean tools. The training also covers exercises on Minitab, relating to various statistical analysis tools. The training covers case studies, examples and exercises across various industries which makes learning an interesting experience.

Lean Leader Certification Program

Lean Leader Certification Program is an extensive 3 day program with wide coverage of Lean principles and methodologies. It utilizes numerous examples, case studies and exercises to make the workshop an interesting learning experience. As a lean leader we expect our participants to gain enough working knowledge to be able to apply lean principles to their businesses.
